Refund & Cancellation

These Refund & Cancellation terms apply to all products and services offered by Code Mate Solution. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only under specific conditions. A full or partial refund may be issued if:

  • The initial design prototype has not yet been approved.
  • Development work (HTML, programming, integrations) has not begun.
  • Project files have not been delivered via hosting upload, FTP, download link, or any other medium.

Once the design prototype is approved and development begins, refunds are no longer applicable.

Non-Refundable Items

The following fees are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations or renewals
  • SSL certificates
  • Third-party plugin licenses
  • Custom integrations purchased from third parties
  • Any service already partially or fully delivered

Project Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation at any time. If cancellation occurs:

  • Before any work begins — a full refund may be issued.
  • After prototype delivery but before coding — only 50% of paid amount may be refunded.
  • After development or file delivery — no refund is provided.

If the client remains unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project may be marked as cancelled, and all payments made will be forfeited.

Project Cancellation by Code Mate Solution

We reserve the right to cancel projects under conditions such as unethical content, misuse of services, payment disputes, or breach of Terms. In such cases, partial refunds may be provided depending on work completed.

Delivery-Based Non-Refundable Policy

Once project files are delivered via hosting upload, FTP, download link, email, or physical media, the project is considered complete and non-refundable.

Change of Mind Policy

Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind requests after work has started or resources have been allocated to the project.

Service Modification Requests

Requesting additional revisions, new features, or major design changes after approval does not qualify for a refund. Additional fees may apply for extended scope.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without attempting resolution with our support team violates our policy. We may suspend all services, revoke licenses, or pursue legal action to recover losses caused by unjustified disputes.

Turnaround & Delays

Refunds are not guaranteed in cases where delays occur due to:

  • Client’s late submissions or feedback
  • Technical issues outside our control
  • Third-party services or hosting providers

Final Acceptance

Once the client approves the final deliverables or the project goes live, no refund, cancellation, or reversal is possible.

If any provision in this Refund & Cancellation policy is deemed invalid, remaining provisions will remain enforceable.
