This Delivery & Shipping Policy explains how Code Mate Solution delivers digital products, web development services, and related assets to clients. By placing an order with Code Mate Solution, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Nature of Deliverables

Code Mate Solution provides digital services and deliverables, including but not limited to:

• Website design files
• Website development files
• Source code and project documentation
• Digital assets such as images, layouts, and UI elements
• Hosting setup details and login information (if applicable)
• Access links, FTP credentials, and final project downloads

No physical products are shipped unless explicitly contracted.

Delivery Methods

Digital deliverables are provided through one or more of the following methods:

• Uploaded directly to the client’s hosting server
• Delivered through FTP or cPanel
• Shared via secure download link
• Provided by email or project management portal
• Cloud storage platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on the scope of work. Standard delivery estimates:

• Design prototypes: 3–7 business days
• Website development: 2–6 weeks depending on complexity
• Revisions: 24–72 hours
• Final deployment: 1–3 business days

A detailed timeline is provided in the project proposal or agreement.

Delays & Dependencies

Delivery timelines may be extended due to:

• Delayed client feedback or approvals
• Unavailability of required content, images, or materials from the client
• Third-party service issues (hosting providers, registrars, APIs)
• Scope changes or additional feature requests

Code Mate Solution is not responsible for delays caused by external factors or client-side delays.

Completion & Acceptance

Delivery is considered complete when:

• Files are uploaded to the client’s hosting server, or
• A download link / FTP access is provided, or
• The project has been made live on the client’s domain

Once delivered, it is the client’s responsibility to inspect, test, and request any final revisions within the agreed timeframe.

No Physical Shipping

All Code Mate Solution services are digital. We do not ship any physical goods unless a specific contract includes printed materials, storage devices, or merchandise.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the client does not respond to required delivery instructions or becomes unreachable for more than 30 days:

• The project may be paused or marked as completed.
• Any remaining deliverables may be provided via email or cloud link.
• No refunds will be issued due to client unresponsiveness.

Data Backup Responsibility

Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing delivered files. Code Mate Solution is not liable for future data loss after delivery unless an active maintenance plan is purchased.

Shipping Fees

Because services are digital, no shipping fees apply. If physical materials are requested, shipping charges will be discussed and billed separately.

If any part of this Delivery & Shipping Policy is ruled invalid, all remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
