By ordering or using any Code Mate Solution products or services (including hosting) you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Code Mate Solution; “you” or “Client” refers to the purchaser or recipient of services.

Acceptance & Rejection

We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services to any client who breaches these Terms. Suspension of services does not automatically entitle the client to any refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds for design work are limited: clients may request a refund of the initial amount if dissatisfied with the prototype before conversion to HTML and programming begins. Once the website is delivered (uploaded to hosting, provided via FTP, download link, or other media), full payment is due and refunds are no longer available. Domain and registration fees are non-refundable.

E-commerce & Security

Clients implementing e-commerce functionality must ensure suitable security measures (payment processors, SSL, PCI compliance). Code Mate Solution follows secure development practices, but cannot be held responsible for misuse of information after delivery.

Copyrights & Trademarks

Clients guarantee they own or have permission to use all materials supplied for inclusion in a project. Clients agree to indemnify Code Mate Solution against any claims arising from supplied content.

Project Timeline & Completion

We will work to meet mutually agreed milestones. If a client fails to supply required materials or respond within 30 days, Code Mate Solution may cancel the agreement and retain any deposits or stage payments as cancellation fees.

Content Responsibility

Clients are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of all website content. Content that is unlawful or abusive is not permitted.

Search Engine Ranking

We use best practices to optimize sites for search engines but do not guarantee specific rankings.

Delivery & Ownership

Delivery is considered complete when files are uploaded to the client’s hosting account, delivered via FTP, download link, or physical media. Upon final payment and delivery, ownership of the site's source files is transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Limitation of Liability

1. We shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including lost profits or data.
2. When purchasing domain names on a client’s behalf we act as agent and are not responsible for domain continuity once registered.

Website Credits

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Code Mate Solution may include a small attribution link (credit) on client sites. Removal of credits without written permission may result in termination of post-sales support and potential legal action.

Backups

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data. Code Mate Solution is not liable for data loss on third-party hosting environments.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel accounts for violations of these Terms. If a project start is delayed more than 30 days after deposit, additional surcharges may apply. In disputes regarding payments or design, we may withhold files until resolution.

Changes to Terms

Code Mate Solution may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms. Clients should review the Terms periodically.

If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions will continue in effect.
